We lucked out in contacting Richard to fit patio doors and downstairs windows (just the closest tradesmen by postcode- we're newly moved in to the area). We were impressed with the quality of workmanship, the reliability of the service — he did what he said he would, when he said he'd do it, and there was no hanging about with a job half done. After that he did the front door and then all the 7 remaining windows. In every case the quote seemed fair & was definitely punctual. Richard was very easy to have working on the property. We have already recommended him to a neighbour.

When you think of roof lights, windows, one thinks "vellux". Richard, with his professional advice, throughout, gave us alternative choices and manufacturers of high quality products; Keylite being our final selection.
Replacing the old units was not easy, but Richard's knowledge, experience and expertise made for an outstanding, weatherproof, appearance and finished result with which we're so pleased, both inside and out.
It was a pleasure to have such a nice person do a job like this, so well. It will not be the only time we call on his craftsmanship. -
Richard has completed a conservatory, new doors and a considerable renovation project for us in the last 2 years. All work has been completed in a professional manner and to an excellent standard. Richard worked with us to plan the works and completed all works in the agreed timeframe. He is also a very tidy and meticulous worker. I needed two double -glazing units replaced ( the seals had failed). I contacted 3 companies, Richard was first to reply, called around without delay, measured up and then fitted the replacements
within a couple of days. Also adjusted the hang of the patio doors when he noticed the they weren't aligned. Dealings by e-mail and text was very efficient. I shall certainly go back to RW with
future work. Richard is pleasant to do business with. -

For more than three years I thought about converting my integral garage into a dining room, creating a kitchen diner. I eventually plucked up the courage to go ahead and asked around for the name of
a reliable builder; Richard Wright came highly recommended and much to my relief, I quickly realised he deserved his reputation. He takes pride in his work, was a pleasure to have in my home and
always seemed to be smiling, even when the weather was appalling. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I was changed my mind about details as the job progressed.
From our initial meeting to outline the job until its completion, Richard was very professional and dealt with everything including applying for planning permission and organising the necessary
drawings. He was completely reliable and did a wonderful job. I expected some stress and inconvenience, but there was none. Have you ever heard of a neat and tidy builder who didn’t even make a mess?
Well, you have now.
My family, friends and neighbours are very impressed not only with the result, but also with the standard of the finish and the cheerful way in which he carried out his work. He came every day until
the job was done; it cost what he said it would and I am delighted with my new room, which has transformed my home. I can still hardly believe it was so easy and I just love my beautiful new dining
room.
